Each year, Resolute neutrals mediate and arbitrate hundreds of civil disputes across Florida. Our mediators have extensive background litigating cases. During the mediation process, they draw on their experience as seasoned litigators, instilling confidence in the recommendations and insights they provide to the parties. Resolute mediators employ a combination of the evaluative and facilitative mediation styles.
All members of Resolute's Select Florida Panel of Neutrals are certified by the Florida Supreme Court as Circuit Civil Mediators, and have completeed certified mediation training. While our mediators are qualified to mediate all civil disputes with the exception of divorce cases, they specialize in the resolution of Personal Injury, Employment, Complex Commercial, Professional Malpractice, Aviation, Business, Equine and Construction disputes.
